I'd be grateful for any information about this person and works, other than that which appears in Bone (1954 edition).
The Rischel collection also contains a number of his works; in particular a couple of trios Op. 8 and Op.9

searching in the Rischel collecion his namre appears. It is Carl as You suggested. But unfortunatly I know nothing of his life. I do know these trios You mention.
