Yes, Bernard does make fine instruments. I picked up some nice European Maple and Flamed Pear so am putting together a couple Lacotes, on spec., this winter. Every one I make goes out the door before I can get a chance to claim it so cannot be sure these ones will stay long either but one must try. I'm partial to my Stauffer eight string but listening to your Lacote recordings makes me more determined than ever to make and keep one for myself. Sors sounds so great on them.

Thank U Scot. I'm very satisfied with this guitar and finding the right gutstrings just made it sound better. It still amace me how good the guitar sounds, thanks to Bernhard Kresse, german builder. I love this guitar almost as much as i love my wife and my two boys :-)
