Doizi de Velasco pdf?

Hi there, everyone:

Do any of you have a digitized version of Doizi de Velasco's baroque guitar method? I believe it was published in Italy in 1640. Many thanks in advance!

I recently tried to download this but it seems that it is no longer available on that site. Does anyone know of another source for a digitized version of it?
