Does anyone know this song? I believe its by a French composer,Jean-Baptiste Besard. Looking for the tab, but what is it played on?

There are plenty of "Branle Gay" written by Besard for 4 course guitar, but this is obviusly not the case. I think I have this record in an earlier packaging... I'll see if it mentions the instrument this song is played with.
