I don't know about this editor and wahat could be the quality of the edition.... Anyway the Milan book and some others are available on the website of the National library of Spain.

I have written to Sociedad de vihuela to see what is the cost of shipping to Canada. The cost for shipping The National Library of Spain's copy is twice that of the facsimile itself !
