ok. Its strange that He wrote for the mandolin and not for the guitar.

It's original for mandolino and fortepiano.

I'm just reading the mandolin part straight -I know it sounds down an octave from the original pitch.

These two pieces by Beethoven You've uploaded, is that original writttin by Beethoven or has someone else rearranged it.
