Juan Pira's discussion on finding scores has created a nice improvement to our Ning group. There is now a new menu tab, a listing of scores, and links to the various member pages where the scores can be found. I have added you Campanella Scales in the "Other" category. For the time being I will be maintaining the the score list. Let me know if you have any suggestions/corrections for improving the list.

Sounds like a nice day out. Outdoor gigging just doesn't happen here in Scotland - far too much rain.

That Epi might be worth a bit. This is my latest acquisition: - jazz is a hobby for me, I enjoy the challenge.

Hi, Rob. Thank you for providing this service. I'll change the photo to a more appropriate instrument later. That guitar is a 1964 Epiphone "Howard Roberts" model jazz guitar, built a year before Gibson bought Epiphone. I bought it 30 years ago from a fellow who was booking "gigs" for Howard Roberts. Howard used it on three gigs and autographed it. I also have an 8 string classical guitar built by Richard Prenkert, a baroque guitar built by Lyn Elder, a 10 course renaissance lute built by Lyn Elder, a 13 course baroque lute built by Ed Greenhood and a "Bertrand" style bass viola da gamba built by Lyn Elder. I also play double bass and have a 180 year old 5 string Spanish double bass.

Welcome, Gary. Good to see you here. Is that an archtop?
