Kuffner: Serenade Op 214 for violin, viola and guitar

The Rischel&Birket-Smith collection in the Royal Library Copenhagen contains a Serenade

Op 214 for violin , viola ('alto') and guitar by the prolific Joseph Kuffner. Unfortunately it is incomplete in that page 2 and 11 of the guitar part are missing. Some can be reconstructed from similar passages elsewhere but if anyone has a complete copy I'd be grateful for a scan of the errant pages.

Further to this enquiry, by chance I was searching for another Kuffner piece and came across this modern(ish) edition of the work:

An extended work by this relatively well known (then) composer of symphonies as well as much chamber music - quite a bit of the latter with guitar.
