Dartmouth lute page

I dropped by Dartmouth's lute page and found that many links (including the ones on how to typeset music using TAB) are dead.

Anyone knows anything about this?

By the way... has anyone used TAB to typeset baroque guitar music? Can this be used to include alfabeto letters in guitar tabs?
