1996 My first classical guitar lessens with Jurgen De Bruyn (Bornem, Antwerp)
2001 studying classical guitar at 'dé kunsthumaniora' with Robert Denies (Antwerp)
2004 The guitarbuildingmicrobe took me and I entered ILSA (Boom, Antwerp)
2007 I started at the CMB Puurs with classical and historical guitar building.
Here I had the chance to participate in two great projects:
- The Leonardo guitar Project, building guitars with sustainable woods
- A Rene Lacote project, building, measuring and copying these guitars under the guidance of Walter Verreydt.


2012 I'm an official guitar builder, especially Historical & Classical guitars.

As we speak, my guitar playing (barok guitar) is guided by player/builder Dirk De Hertogh, someone who I have the deepest respect for.

Since 2011 I teach a yearly week course round instrument building for MuziekMozaik – Gooik.
