Mysterious guitar?

This is a Russian seven string guitar. What puzzles me is the shape of the body and the bridge. These looks English (Panormo style) to me but in the same time, the ornamentation looks German and then there is the detachable neck of Stauffer style. And then the Russian seven string set up.
Any ideas?
