This is just the guitar from BlAdd.Ms.30342.  It is possible that it is actually the wrong way round and what appears to be a widely spaced 4th course is a single 1st course.  The original engraving may have not been of a correct mirror image.  Both mss. include a drawing of a organ with the pipes reversed - the short ones on the left hand side and the long ones on the right.
