Lute/VIhuela strap

Can someone please reccomend a strap for my vihuela and where to buy one?

Im also wondering what is the difference between gut strings and gut frets, compared to nylon. I want to change my frets cause they are a little loose on my vihuela, but i have never done this before, is this a hard thing to do?

Im also looking for good strings for my vihuela, any recomndations?'
