Guitar by Josef Pages (Cadiz 1813)

Hello everyone -Can't remember if I posted this before,but for general interest's sake,I thought you might like to know that I sold my 1813 Josef Pages guitar via Auction at Bonham's London.It sold for £3000 plus buyer's premium.You can see it by googling Bonham's and Josef Pages guitar.The instrument was in my collection for over 30 years..I had it restored in London by Edward Fitzgibbon,who now lives in Oxfordshire where he makes lutes and theorbos etc (see him on goggle also).I originally bought the Pages guitar in Kensington London,where it was in its case on a shelf in the back room of a small antique shop, for £160 !!
