Antoine de Lhoyer (and other composers) 5 string guitar pieces

Hello, I'm looking for publications (facsimiles or modern editions) of solos by Lhoyer for 5 string/course guitar.  All I've been able to find is his Grande Sonata on the Boije site.  Also any other composers from the transitional period of guitar: 1750-1800.  Porro, Moretti, Doisy, Merchi, etc.
