The last Panormo I worked on was from 1835. The fingerboard had a uniform 20' camber/arch from the nut to end of fingerboard at the soundhole. This seems to be fairly consistant with the half dozen or so others I've looked at or worked on.
Those that I have seen are cambered but it's fairly gentle. I can't give you a specific radius but it's greater than a typical steel string. The ones that I do are around 25".
