Within BMG I then widened the range to include reviews, articles, compositions, arrangements, etc, as well as a few letters to the editor, and from there John Duarte invited me to write for Guitar Review, etc...So the BMG articles were the foundation of my later activities as a writer on the guitar...It was such a different world in those days, and in many ways far more pleasant!
