Interlude, Giuliani's op51 'twixt # 10 + 11

Interlude, Giuliani's op51 'twixt # 10 + 11

The notion of creating short Preludes having taken hold I've been thinking Postludes why not, and Interludes...

Here then, an Interlude to form a jolly bridge between numbers 10 and 11 of Giuliani's op51.

I just listened to a groovy Brubeck version on youtube - then found a more proper one

it was in the songbook at school, must have been one of the favourites, I think we sang it lots of times.

Hah, I know that tune from Dave Brubeck only :-) But now I understand the horses!

Merely arranging (with a 'subtle' drop shifting from Cmaj to Gmaj) Jelma... it was a tune that sprung to mind while playing the pieces.

Am I to assume you didn't meet this tune before?

It is so much fun to make up your own music (and a few horsemen)...

I don't know how familiar the tune may be outside North America and British Isles.
