About me:

II started learning to play guitar at the age of 54! This led to an interest in antique and vintage guitars. I have collected 12 vintage, mainly spanish guitars from the 1930's upwards. I fell in love and purchased an antique guitar at a general auction knowing nothing about it. I have been searching many websites looking for information on 1800s instruments as I think they are amazing. I am already a member of two vintage guitar forums. One of the members of these forums is sure my new purchase dates around 1840. I would love to be a member of this forum as it deals with antique instruments. I would welcome advice regarding restoration as I hope to purchase more antique guitars in the future.
