I have been building lutes and early guitars for 40 years. During the last 15 years I have concentrated on theorbos, archlutes and baroque guitars. Occasionally I have had time to build a late 18th century or early 19 century guitar; Aubert, Benedid, Lacote and Stauffer. I'm also writing a blog on my building activities; http://schreinerlutesandguitars.blogspot.ca/
Hi, Michael. Welcome to the early guitar site. I'm playing Piccinini on your 10-course. I'm steadily working through as many pieces as can be adapted to the instrument. Piccinini sounds very good on the Unverdorben. Thomas
Hello Michael, I just wanted to say thank you for your blog! I am building a lute in evening classes and I have found your blog very interesting. I am also making a mould at the moment so the most recent post is very well timed! I look forward to seeing the progress on the Jauck lute.

Welcome Michael. It's nice to see a fellow Canadian luthier here. I look forward to your input.
