1830 Johann Georg Stauffer Legnani model

a rare guitar by the famous father, not the son or the Company. Maple back and sides (of course), fixed neck. It was used as a part of a recording project and I have the recording, but it was equipped with nylon strings. It's easy to play and presently has a bright vibrant sound, due to it having  nylgut strings on it (would sound better with gut strings). [String length: 610mm (Standard for Stauffer); Nut width: 44mm; String height at 12th fret: 6th string 4mm; 1st string 3.5mm]. Modern small case. £5,000
