Finally received my Baroque guitar from UPS, it arrived with a loose brace, a chip on the side of the neck and a crack at the headstock. Also, the 1st string (E) does not sustain its notes, but this has to do with Liuteria d'ieseme who built the guitar not UPS. All this is unacceptable. From the UPS customs POA processing, delivery, handling of package, and still waiting for damaged return pickup, from a to z, UPS has done an incompetent and unacceptable job. They kept me waiting all day for their scheduled pick up. Nobody ever showed up and I called throughout the day to cover my basis. They still didnt show up. Came across my neighborhood UPS to let him know that the customer center was going to be contacting him regarding my damaged pick up. He drove off with an annoyed attitude and had no regard whatsoever for my safety even though my feet where only inches away from both his set of tires! Spoke to supervisor and he said I'll have to wait again tomorrow. He wouldnt provide me with a reasonable window of time. I spoke with a manager the following day and she said "UPS has done nothing wrong". She tried to disdmiss the blame on to the shipper who has nothing to do with UPS has offered nothing but incompetent, unacceptable service every step of the way. You've all been warned
