UPS continues to deliver nothing but grief

After making me wait an entire day, UPS didnt arrive until 1:39pm. The driver argued with me that he was here to deliver a package but could not find it. Through great strain and stress I had to convince him that it was a damaged package pick up. He said he would physically take the package but that it could not be processed due to my brokerage fee payment not appearing on computer ( which I demand a full refund of $439). This is how incompetent UPS is. From not processing power of attorney and letter documentation in a timely manner, to not showing up for scheduled rerouted delivery, to grossly mishandling package, to seeking to pick up at old addresses on file, to not showing up to rerouted scheduled pick, to dealing with nonsense like todays driver issue, literaly every step along the way UPS has given incompetent, unacceptable, and dissmissive service, and yet the supervisor i spoke with this morning had the audacity to sat "UPS has done nothing wrong". Truly disgusting. UPS has delivered nothing but grief and stress to me, and I am a disabled person! I demand a full $439 refund! Boycott UPS!
