I've just ordered this book via Amazon, but here is a link to the publisher's page, which provides a free sample pdf.

Although mainly concerned with Schubert, and a few other usual suspects, it is not without relevance for Giuliani, Diabelli, Paganini and others.

I haven't read the book yet, but it looks promising. Anyone else have it?
